We have concluded a construction contract with "Valsts nekustamie īpašumi", as a basis for renovation repairs to Rainis House "Jasmuiza" in Aizkalne, Aizkalne Parish, Preili Region. Here, from 1883 to 1891, the future poet Rainis (Jānis Pliekšāns) spent his free time in the gymnasium and university, because during this time the manor was rented and managed by Rainis' father Krišjānis Pliekšāns.
