Ltd. "ANZĀĢE" board member Eriks Lebedoks admits: "The project in Jurmala associate me with the story of the ugly duckling, which we of the Soviet-era brick building built a very nice residential houses, there certainly is encouraging to note the architect the idea of flight, vision and also the end result. The project was not easy for many reasons, but thanks to the greatest value of our company - people, we have done a great job. I am proud of the opportunity to implement a wooden facade solution, which is not a standard solution chosen by developers. Such projects bring me the greatest joy in construction, when I see a beautiful result and the fruits of my work in nature. I think that Latvia and Jurmala have acquired a new, beautiful residential building, as well as a well-thought-out, harmonious territory. I look forward to the completion of the Loft building with its impressive glazed facade and large terraces. It is planned that the "Miele" people's eyes in the middle of summer. "
