In the apartment building at Dzirnavu Street 63, the construction of the attic floor is continuing, currently roof-supporting structures have been built, communications have been installed, and the roof is being installed. It is planned to build three apartments on the attic floor, with a total area of 260 m2. The project is planned to be completed by the end of this year.
